We called on a Friday evening as we needed to have service immediately and were pleasantly surprised that we had the Care Manager come out right then and there to meet with our family. We set up a schedule that night for care in the hospital and we are so thankful for the amazing caregivers that have come in to sit with our Dad overnight. The kindness shown to us especially the first night when we were tired and unsure of what to do can not be put into words – we are so filled with gratitude.
